Getting started for admins
How to set up a workspace for your school and bring your teachers on board. No installations or IT department needed, and setup takes about fifteen minutes.
Have you already signed in to Bruukki with your school email?
Set up your school’s workspace when you already have an account with your school email
Open the workspace menu
Sign in with your school email at app.bruukki.com. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose New Workspace.
Set up your school’s workspace
Choose My school and give the workspace your school’s name. As the creator of the workspace you become its admin.
Review the workspace settings
Open Settings by clicking the workspace name in the sidebar. There you can rename the workspace, set the default AI model, and manage billing.
Invite your teachers
The fastest way is an invite link: limit it to your school’s email addresses and share it with the whole staff. You can also send individual invitations by email and pick a role for each person.

A teamspace is a subject group’s or team’s shared place for materials. Any workspace member can join an open teamspace; a private one is invitation-only.
Set up your school’s workspace when you haven’t signed in with your school email
Create an account
Go to app.bruukki.com and sign in with your school email address. You get a sign-in code by email, so no password is needed.
Set up a workspace
Choose My school during onboarding and give the workspace a name, for example your school’s name. As the creator of the workspace you become its admin.
